Welcome to Toolbox Phonics. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

Subscriptions

Subscriptions provide access to downloadable teaching resources, videos, and other materials. Payment is required at the start of the subscription term (monthly/annual). All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payments & Refund

Payments are processed securely via Stripe/PayPal. Refunds are only available under exceptional circumstances and must be requested in writing.

 

Account Use

Accounts are personal and must not be shared beyond the agreed package (individual or school plan). You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

 

Account Deletion & Cancellations

If you wish to delete your Toolbox Phonics account, please contact our customer support team at info@toolboxphonics.com. Once verified, we will process the deletion of your account and associated data in accordance with our privacy policy. 

All subscription cancellations can be managed directly by the User through their account settings at any time before the renewal date. Once cancelled, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further payments will be taken.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site (resources, designs, text, images, mascots) is the property of Toolbox Phonics. Resources are for personal/classroom use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared outside your subscription.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses from using the site or its content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the new Terms.
